Location is fantastic, right across from The Island and close to local attractions. Indoor pool open 24 hours was great for late-night swims. Room cleanliness was inconsistent. We had some noise issues at night which disturbed our sleep. Not a bad spot, especially for families looking to explore.

The location is prime; right by the main attractions. The breakfast variety is impressive, and the staff in the dining area are friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, just steps from popular attractions, making it easy to explore. The free breakfast offered great variety, and the waffle station was a hit. cleanliness was an issue; the room had bugs and a persistent odor that made it uncomfortable. Staff responsiveness was hit or miss; while some were friendly, others seemed indifferent. Parking was decent, even during busy weekends. Despite good amenities like pools and the outdoor space, the lack of proper cleaning seriously detracted from the experience, leaving a sense of disappointment overall.

Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the early arrival. The room size was adequate, with sufficient towels-an often overlooked detail. Breakfast? Excellent variety. The staff in the dining area were welcoming and attentive. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, while I found solace in the hot tub. Beds were plush, and noise from other guests was nonexistent. I encountered some issues. A cockroach appeared, which I reported-they did spray the next morning, so that felt handled. The carpet needs updating. The charge for my 12-year-old surprised me, given the listed age range for kids. One staff interaction could have been warmer. Still, I'd return.

When we first walked into our room, we were welcomed by a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the nightstand. Turns out, the source of the odor was a musty Bible in the stand. Maintenance was quick to respond, replaced the stand, and the issue was resolved. Kudos to them for their prompt service! One thing that stood out for us was the delicious breakfast spread. It wasn't just your typical bagels and coffee; there were plenty of hot options to choose from. The staff was really helpful and efficient, making our dining experience enjoyable. The rooms, although a bit dated, were well-kept and clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. I particularly appreciated the four pillows on each bed - a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit for us, being open 24/7 and always impeccably clean. The location of the hotel was also convenient, within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. On the flip side, the bathroom floor seemed a bit slippery, possibly due to the cleaning solution used. It could have been a bit cleaner overall. the small refrigerator in our room was a tad wobbly, and the door was a bit tough to open. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay overall. It's worth mentioning that any issues we encountered were swiftly addressed by the staff, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

During our Christmas stay, the breakfast was delightful, and the friendly staff made it even better. The location was key, just a stone's throw from The Island and along the parkway, making it easy to explore. We especially enjoyed the around-the-clock access to the indoor pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
The noise levels were high both inside and outside the room, which impacted our ability to relax. The pool area was chaotic, with unsupervised children and loud music disrupting the atmosphere.

Noise levels were manageable, but a few lights from outside and the fire alarm slightly disrupted the dark ambiance. Temperature control was easy to navigate, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive, ensuring we had fresh linens when needed. there were tiny black bugs in the bathroom, which was concerning. The pool area was accessible, though crossing the road to get there with little ones was a bit inconvenient. The proximity to attractions was a major plus.

I loved how everything was super close by, with attractions like The Island just a short walk across the parkway and plenty of dining options just steps away, making it easy to enjoy local flavors and sights while relaxing in my comfy room; the property had a great indoor pool that my kids enjoyed and a lovely free breakfast with exceptional service every morning, but the pool area could use some attention as the tiles are pretty slippery and could pose a risk to guests.

I had such a rough stay! The bed felt like sleeping on concrete, and there were tiny bugs everywhere, jumping around the bathroom. Plus, the exhaust fan smelled awful when turned on. Definitely not worth the price I paid!

We hit up the Cruise to Tail of the Dragon and jammed to sick music shows in the park. The area's theater scene had us hyped! The staff was chill, and the hot breakfast fueled our adventures.
Wished for a rad rooftop bar or a lively club nearby for us night owls to keep the party going.

During my Christmas stay, we were offered a room upgrade to one with a hot tub, which was a great bonus. The location right on the main strip was convenient for exploring the area without worrying about parking. Additionally, we enjoyed the option of having breakfast at the hotel, although we did not end up trying it.
Our room had a musty odor and needed to be deodorized. The cleanliness was subpar, with dirty floors requiring us to wash our feet before getting into bed.

stayed at quality inn. very clean and nice room. staff is super friendly. check in and out was easy. got to check in early, went to eat lunch, and they let us know when the room was ready. loved the jumping pillow. the location was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do. comfortable bed and cozy fireplace. outdoor pool area was super nice with tables & lounge chairs. spent a whole day at the pool, had lunch delivered, and enjoyed the bounce park for our 4-year-old.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and open 24 hours, a great convenience. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all the attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was delicious. The kids enjoyed the bouncing pad and pools. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic for an inexpensive family vacation as a couple. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel had excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a 24-hour reception, a picnic area, a fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a spa & wellness center, and a laundry. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. it was a great experience in a convenient location with great facilities.
The beds in our room were a bit uncomfortable.

the rooms are super clean and the smell of cleaning stuff is just right. the location is perfect - close enough to walk to attractions but far enough for quiet. the staff helped us move, and the pool was always clean with plenty of towels.
